Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Intern located in the NCR region. The intern will be responsible for supporting lead generation, building a validated database, and conducting market research. Daily tasks include new client outreach, lead generation, communicating with potential client and contributing to the overall business development strategy. This is a high-learning, high-impact role best suited for someone curious about the HR, L&D, and consulting space.


Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills for interacting with clients and team members
  • Lead Generation experience to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Currently pursuing/graduated with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business. Marketing, or a related field
  • Any prior internship or experience in a related field would be advantageous


Responsibilities

As a Business Development Intern (Sales) you will play a key role in expanding our client base and supporting outreach efforts for our corporate training and consulting services.

  • Identify and quality new business leads through Linkedin, email, and calling
  • Build and maintain a validated HR database across target industries
  • Assist in designing and executing outreach campaigns and follow-ups
  • Support the business development team with proposal creation and pipeline management


Preferred Skills

  • Excellent communication (written verbal) and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable with Linkedin and digital tools (Canva, ChatGPT, Google Suite, etc.)
  • Self-driven, organized, and proactive
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup
  • Interest in HR, training, or consulting domains is a plus


Eligibility

Final-year students or recent graduates in Business, Marketing, Psychology, or related fields

Prior internship experience in sales/marketing preferred (not mandatory)

This is a paid internship.
