Key Responsibilities

Research and scan global job portals, company career pages, and job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) for active job postings in Europe, and the USA.
Identify potential companies or recruiters hiring for roles that could be fulfilled by offshore resources.
Initiate contact via

cold emails

and

follow-up phone calls

to decision-makers (Recruiters/HR/Managers).
Present RIO BizSols offshore staffing services and highlight benefits such as cost-efficiency, quality talent, and quick turnaround.
Build and maintain a CRM pipeline of prospects and conversations.
Set up meetings for the senior sales team when needed.
Achieve outreach and conversion targets consistently.
