Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, and contributing to the agency’s growth. Key Responsibilities Prospect and identify new business opportunities in local and regional markets Pitch digital marketing services to potential clients through calls, meetings, and online demos Understand client requirements and provide tailored marketing solutions Negotiate and close deals to meet monthly sales targets Maintain strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction Attend local events, networking meetups, or expos as needed to promote services Provide regular reports on sales activities and pipeline progress Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred) 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (preferably in marketing/digital services) Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malayalam Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills Familiarity with digital marketing services is a plus Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
