Business Development Intern

As a Business Development Intern at our company, you will play a crucial role in supporting our growth initiatives in real estate sales, marketing, client acquisition, and channel partner development. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying potential clients and new business opportunities. - Supporting the business development team in outreach, follow-ups, and lead generation. - Maintaining CRM entries and tracking communication with prospects. - Assisting in preparing presentations, proposals, and marketing collaterals. - Helping coordinate with channel partners and brokers for project promotion. - Conducting market research and competitor analysis. - Participating in sales meetings and client calls with senior executives. To qualify for this role, you should be pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors/Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Additionally, you should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, a passion for sales and the real estate industry, basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and be self-motivated, well-organized, and eager to learn. In addition to gaining hands-on exposure to real estate sales and marketing strategy, working directly with experienced business leaders, and receiving a Certificate of Internship + Letter of Recommendation, you also have the potential for full-time employment based on performance.
