Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Research and identify potential B2B clients for QBrainX in IT services, digital transformation, and AI/ML consulting.
  • Generate qualified leads through online research, databases, LinkedIn, and other professional networks.
  • Engage with decision-makers via phone, email, and LinkedIn to understand their needs and introduce QBrainXofferings.
  • Schedule and coordinate introductory meetings or product/service demos with prospective business clients.
  • Support the business development team in preparing proposals, pitch decks, and tailored presentations for clients.
  • Maintain accurate lead and client information in the CRM system, tracking all communications and pipeline progress.
  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure proposals align with client requirements.
  • Assist in building partnerships with enterprises and institutions to expand QBrainXB2B presence.
  • Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to bring fresh insights into client conversations.

    Requirements

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written).
    • Familiarity with CRM platforms (Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or HubSpot preferred).
    • Proficiency in LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and other digital networking activities.
    • Basic understanding of B2B sales processes and corporate communication.
    • Ability to research market segments and target accounts effectively.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple clients and tasks.
    • Proficiency in MS Office or Zoho Workplace.
    • Self-driven, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
    • Prior exposure to sales, lead generation, or B2B development is an advantage.
