Role Overview

We’re looking for energetic and motivated Business Development Interns to join our team on-site. You will play a key role in connecting with customers, building relationships, solving queries, and driving sales & marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Connect and communicate with customers (tenants & property owners)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Handle customer queries and provide effective solutions
• Assist in sales and marketing campaigns to drive growth
• Gather customer feedback to improve our services
• Support the team in day-to-day operations

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn
• Basic knowledge of sales & marketing preferred (training provided)
• Ability to work on-site in Patna
• Students, recent graduates, or freshers are welcome

Internship Details:

• Duration: 3 to 6 months
• Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹6,000 per month + Great Incentives
