Internship Overview:

We are looking for motivated and proactive Business Development Interns

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and create a comprehensive database of

  colleges and Training & Placement Officers (TPOs)

  across India
• Identify and verify contact details including official email IDs and phone numbers
• Conduct

  outbound sales and introductory calls

  to TPOs to explain Eval8's offering
• Assist in lead qualification and follow-ups with interested colleges
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and responses
• Support the business development team in expanding institutional partnerships

Eligibility & Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related fields
• Strong communication skills (English; Hindi/regional language is a plus)
• Comfortable with phone calls and professional conversations
• Basic understanding or interest in sales, business development, or ed-tech
• Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets for database management
• Self-driven, disciplined, and eager to learn
