Business Development Intern

You will be joining DgCrux Technology, a fast-growing IT Service company, as a Business Development Intern to support the growth journey of the company. As a proactive member of our team, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Conducting market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and business opportunities. - Assisting in developing and executing business development strategies. - Supporting in preparing sales pitches, proposals, and presentations. - Generating leads through networking, online research, and other channels. - Maintaining and updating the CRM/database with accurate client information. - Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of client solutions. - Assisting in building long-term relationships with clients and partners. - Participating in client meetings and taking notes on requirements and follow-ups. To qualify for this role, you should meet the following requirements: - Pursuing a Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - Demonstrating strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Possessing good analytical and research skills. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with CRM tools is a plus. - Ability to work independently as well as in a team. - Eagerness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges.
