Position Summary:

B2B Sales & Market Research Intern

Key Responsibilities:

As an intern, you will be deeply involved in the following key areas:

B2B Outreach & Prospecting:

• Identify, research, and compile lists of potential B2B clients and target accounts (prospecting).
• Execute personalized outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and phone to engage with key decision-makers.
• Track, manage, and report on all outreach activities and outcomes using a CRM system.

Lead Generation & Qualification:

• Develop and implement creative strategies to generate new sales leads.
• Conduct initial qualification of inbound and outbound leads to determine their business needs and fit for our product/service.
• Schedule introductory meetings or product demos for the Sales team with qualified leads.

Market Research & Analysis:

• Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscapes, and potential new markets.
• Gather and analyze data on target customer demographics, pain points, and buying behaviors.
• Present research findings and actionable insights to the management team to inform sales and marketing strategies.

What We're Looking For (Requirements)

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong interest in B2B sales, business development, and market analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office/Google Suite (especially Excel/Sheets).
• Prior experience with a CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) or prospecting tools is a plus, but not required.
