Job Description

Graduate or pursuing Post-Graduation in Marketing / International Business / Management or related fields.

Job Responsibilities:

Understand company services and offerings in detail.
Identify and generate new leads through research, calls, and email campaigns.
Handle inbound inquiries from potential clients and provide basic service information.
Schedule meetings or consultations between clients and senior team members.
Maintain and update client databases and sales pipelines using CRM tools.
Collaborate with the sales and research teams to understand client requirements.
Support in client acquisition activities and assist in developing customized proposals.
Maintain call logs, lead status, and follow-up records regularly.
Participate in regular team meetings to discuss strategies and progress.

Skills & Abilities:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong listening skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
A basic understanding of CRM tools is an added advantage.
