About ISIE:

ISIE is India’s leading platform for skill-based education and engineering innovation. We bridge the gap between academia and industry through a range of training programs, national-level competitions, Centers of Excellence (COE) labs, and research-driven initiatives in Electric Mobility, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and other emerging technologies.

Role Overview:

We are looking for proactive and enthusiastic Business Development Interns to support our outreach, lead generation, and partnership efforts with Schools, and training institutions across India. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about education, technology, and B2B engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential academic institutions for collaborations and partnerships
  • Generate verified leads, including Schools names, contact persons (e.g., HODs, TPOs), emails, and phone numbers
  • Assist in the outreach process for promoting ISIE's programs and lab establishment offerings
  • Maintain and update leads in structured Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Verify and validate data to ensure accuracy.
  • Share daily or weekly progress reports with the business development team.
  • Support scheduling of meetings and follow-ups as required.
  • Help track engagement metrics and maintain CRM records.
  • Achieve assigned lead generation and outreach targets.

Who Can Apply:

  • Students or recent graduates from any field.
  • Strong skills in internet research, data entry, and lead generation.
  • Proficient in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Good communication skills and interest in business development/sales
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
  • Prior experience in outreach, sales, or market research is a plus

Stipend & Benefits:

  • Stipend: ₹7,000 (Disbursed on successful completion of assigned targets)
  • Internship Certificate on successful completion
  • Letter of Recommendation (based on performance)
  • Real-world experience in B2B lead generation, academic outreach, and CRM tools.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
