Business Development Intern - Partner Onboarding

Location: Kota, Rajasthan
Duration: 2-3 months (with potential for full time conversion based on stellar performance)Type: Full time | 10,000 (Fixed) and 10,000 (Variable) based on the target achieved.

As Qompass's face on the ground, you will:
1. Visit coaching centres, skill academies, and training institutes in your city.2. Introduce them to the Qompass Partner Program showcasing how our platform can help them reach more students and increase visibility.3. Collect & verify essential partner data: institute name, location, courses, contact info, and photos.4. Assist with onboarding help upload documents and ensure accurate listing setup.5. Capture high-quality images of exteriors and classrooms for platform display.6. Maintain 100% accuracy in all partner data your attention to detail matters.7. Cultivate strong relationships with institute owners/managers for long-term collaboration.8. Share daily field visit reports and onboarding metrics with the team.

What You'll Bring
1. Energy and confidence to represent Qompass in person.2. Excellent communication comfortable speaking in Hindi, English, or local languages.3. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to explain our value proposition effectively.4. Basic Google Sheets or Excel skills for data entry.5. A self-starter mentality: organized, results-driven, and eager to learn.
