Business Development Intern

- Timings: 4:00 PM – 8:15 PM | Monday to Saturday

- Employment Type: Internship (4 to 6 months)

- Stipend Range: ₹5,000 – ₹7,000 (Fixed, In-hand)

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with potential clients to generate leads and build a strong pipeline.

- Conduct outreach through calls, emails and other platforms to drive conversions.

- Understand client requirements and present relevant solutions effectively.

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups in the CRM.

- Collaborate with internal teams to strategize and achieve targets.

Requirements:

- Graduate or final-year student in any field (freshers are welcome; prior sales experience is a plus).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

- Ability to work independently in a remote setup with discipline and accountability.

- Basic proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets and online communication platforms.
