Role & responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities in
debt syndication and structured finance
.
Identify and acquire clients needing
term loans, project finance, or working capital
.
Structure and execute
debt solutions
like syndicated loans, NCDs, etc.
Build and maintain strong
client and lender relationships
.
Collaborate with
banks, NBFCs, and institutions
to arrange funds.
Handle
deal negotiations and closures
efficiently.
