As a Sales/Business Development professional based in Gurugram, India, your primary responsibility will be to kickstart the sales process by establishing and nurturing strong and enduring relationships with clients. This involves assessing potential leads and scheduling appointments effectively. Furthermore, you will be tasked with generating sales leads through initial presentations, elucidating product and service enhancements, and introducing new offerings to clients. A key aspect of your role will be to strategize and implement engagement plans aimed at fostering customer intimacy, trust, and a sense of partnership. This will encompass targeted marketing initiatives, low-touch strategies, and prioritizing high-touch interactions to drive customer retention and growth objectives.
