Role Overview: You will be at the forefront of our customer acquisition and loan operations. You will engage with potential clients, guide them through our processes, and play a key role in expanding our market reach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and connect with prospective clients to explain our loan products.
• Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to conversion.
• Assist customers with the loan application and documentation process.
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth loan processing.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Fluency in at least one of the following languages: Kannada, Tamil, or Telugu.
• Must own a personal laptop and have a stable internet connection.
• For Full-Time: 0-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or finance.
• For Interns: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree.
