Job Description: We are seeking Technical Site Supervisors to oversee the installation of our doors and hardware across various project sites. The role involves supervising teams, ensuring timely completion of installations, and maintaining the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Supervise door and frame installations at project sites (apartments, villas, hospitals, hotels). Coordinate with carpenters, technicians, and other site staff to ensure smooth workflow. Verify technical specifications and ensure correct installation of doors and architectural hardware. Prepare site progress reports and update project managers regularly. Ensure safety standards and company quality guidelines are followed at all times. Plan and manage site activities to achieve timely project completion. Qualifications: Diploma in Civil Engineering / Carpentry (Mandatory). Freshers who have completed ITI / Diploma in Civil Engineering or Carpentry may also apply. Strong technical and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle workforce efficiently and ensure productivity. Good communication and coordination skills.
