Urgent opening for Business Development Executive_Ahmedabad/Rajkot

Below is the JD of BDE:

responsible for acquiring new customers and growing the bank's liabilities business

Role & responsibilities

  • Customer acquisition:

    Actively seek and acquire new customers through channels like cold calling, market references, and campaigns.
  • Sales and marketing:

    Implement sales and marketing activities to grow the liabilities business, including promoting banking products and services like CASA, term deposits, and loans.
  • Relationship management:

    Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to meet liability acquisition targets and deepen existing customer relationships to enhance sales.
  • Onboarding:

    Ensure the timely and efficient onboarding of new customers.
  • Performance monitoring:

    Track and report on sales performance, evaluate sales strategies, and work towards continuous improvement to achieve targets.
  • Product sales:

    Sell a range of products and services, including third-party products like insurance and mutual funds.
  • Compliance:

    Ensure adherence to sales processes and standards.
