Business Development Executive

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business leads through various channels (cold calling, email campaigns, social media, etc.)
• Understand client needs and suggest suitable IT solutions and services
• Schedule meetings and presentations with prospective clients
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project alignment
• Maintain and update the sales pipeline and CRM records regularly
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Stay updated with industry trends and market developments

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive approach to sales
• Basic understanding of IT products/services is an added advantage
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
