Dear candidates, We are looking for Business development executive (construction) in Chennai Experience_ 1 + Years Meeting with Client Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate leads for facility management services through cold calls, networking, and referrals. Develop and maintain strong client relationships , understanding their needs and providing tailored service solutions. Pitch and present company services to corporates, commercial spaces, and industrial clients . Work on RFPs, tenders, and proposals , ensuring a competitive edge in the market. Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet monthly sales targets . Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery . Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies . Maintain accurate records of sales pipelines, revenue forecasts, and client interactions. Requirements: 1-3 years of experience in business development, preferably in the facility management or service industry . Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills . Ability to generate leads and convert them into long-term clients . Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and a go-getter attitude. Willingness to travel locally for client meetings .
