Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Executive Sales

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound calls, lead follow-ups, and networking.
Conduct
cold calling
to generate leads and expand the customer base.
Maintain and update sales activities through
CRM tools
such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients to maximize business opportunities.
Achieve and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth project delivery.

Qualifications & Skills:

6 months - 2 years of B2B sales experience; exposure to Telecom, Engineering, or Technology domains preferred.
Hands-on Experience on tools like Zoominfo /Apollo.io/ Lusha, LinkedIn/Sales Navigator
Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in CRM systems and sales automation tools.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
Experience in Telecom sales will be an added advantage.
