Job Title: Business Development Executive Sales

Job Summary:

Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound calls, lead follow-ups, and networking.
  • Conduct

    cold calling

    to generate leads and expand the customer base.
  • Maintain and update sales activities through

    CRM tools

    such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients to maximize business opportunities.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth project delivery.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 6 months - 2 years of B2B sales experience; exposure to Telecom, Engineering, or Technology domains preferred.
  • Hands-on Experience on tools like Zoominfo /Apollo.io/ Lusha, LinkedIn/Sales Navigator
  • Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales automation tools.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience in Telecom sales will be an added advantage.
