Role and Responsibilities:
❖ Handle customers' inbound and outbound calls.
❖ Answer their queries professionally and provide information about our services.❖ Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, details of inquiries, complaints, comments and actions taken upon the client’s requests.❖ Accelerating company growth by sourcing new clients.❖ Keeping a close eye on client’s feedback.❖ Suggesting any upgrades that may interest potential clients.
Required Skills:
❖ Strong communications skills.❖ Strong Interpersonal skills.❖ Basic computer skills.❖ A relevant Bachelors/Master’s degree.❖ A keen interest in business development.❖ An eye for changing business trends and,❖ Strong communication and convincing skills.
