Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing innovative strategies to identify and attract high-quality leads, fostering strong client relationships and driving revenue growth. They will collaborate closely with sales, marketing and project teams to ensure a steady pipeline of opportunities that align with the company's goals.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Junior Business Development Executive to join our team at Axium Global.

Axium Global is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Business Development Executive to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to learn, grow and contribute to our international outreach efforts across markets like the US, UK, Europe, Middle East and Australia

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in identifying potential clients and market opportunities in the AEC sector across international markets
  • Support the team in executing email outreach and cold-calling campaigns to generate leads
  • Maintain and update the CRM/MIS system with accurate information about prospects and interactions
  • Help in preparing reports on outreach activities, lead status and campaign performance
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments and competitors
  • Collaborate with senior team members to understand client needs and aid in communicating our value proposition
  • Follow up with prospective clients and schedule meetings or calls for senior team members
  • Contribute to building and maintaining a healthy database of potential leads

Qualifications and Experience Required:

  • Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, Architecture or related fields
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Enthusiastic, proactive and eager to learn about the AEC industry
  • Basic understanding of sales or business development processes is a plus, but training will be provided
  • Ability to work well in a team and maintain a positive attitude
  • Familiarity with email communication and basic MS Office tools
  • Motivated to develop skills in international markets and client engagement

Compensation:
