The team consists of skilled professionals, including 3D spatial MEP coordinators, 3D MEP modellers and BIM designers with varied experience. The BIM Designer will be responsible for the overall MEP design and BIM modelling deliverables, working directly with leading MEP design consulting firms from the UK, USA, Australia and the UAE on flagship projects. Key Roles and Responsibilities: At least 2+ years of experience in MEP domain Independently carry out accurate Revit MEP coordination for rooms, corridors, risers, plant areas, electrical room, transformer room etc Learn how to model other MEP services Learn and implement various services standards and building codes Understand various MEP drawings/plans/sections Work with the team to deliver detailed MEP coordination models/drawings within the allotted time frames and of the required quality Sound knowledge of various aspects of building services, including HVAC, mechanical pipework for heating/cooling, domestic water supplies, gases, sprinklers and drainage systems Create detailed MEP services, modelling and coordination using Revit MEP Qualification and Experience Required: B.E.
