The visualiser will be creating visually appealing renderings that accurately represent design concepts, helping clients and stakeholders understand architectural proposals through compelling imagery. Key Roles and Responsibilities: Develop detailed 3D models of architectural designs using industry-standard software (3ds Max, Vray, Corona, SketchUp etc.). Produce photo-realistic renderings including interior/exterior views, walkthrough animations and 360 presentations. Apply advanced rendering tools (V-Ray, Corona Renderer etc) for realistic lighting, materials and textures. Enhance visuals with landscaping, entourage, and environmental elements to improve presentation quality. Accurately interpret architectural and MEP drawings and translate them into 3D models. Maintain organized libraries of models, textures, and materials for workflow efficiency Review and revise visual outputs based on internal and client feedback, ensuring delivery of the highest standards.
