Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bhubaneswar for a Business Development Executive. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, and account management. Day-to-day tasks include identifying business opportunities, cultivating relationships with prospects, developing and implementing growth strategies, and managing existing client accounts to ensure continued satisfaction and growth.

Qualifications

• New Business Development and Lead Generation skills
• Strong Business acumen and strategic thinking
• Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Account Management and relationship building
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience in the web design and development industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
