Business Development Executive

You are an experienced and dynamic Business Development Executive (BDM) who will lead sales efforts and drive growth in the IT Service sector. Your background should include a strong track record in sales and business development, particularly within the ecommerce industry. Your responsibilities will involve identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing relationships, and contributing to strategic sales initiatives. Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing strategic plans to drive e-commerce sales and business growth, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and markets for a Headless Ecommerce Platform, building and maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing clients, conducting market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs, presenting solutions to prospective clients, collaborating with marketing and product teams to develop sales strategies and materials, negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms with clients, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs, and tracking and reporting on sales performance and growth metrics. To qualify for this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the Ecommerce, PaaS, SaaS industry. A strong understanding of e-commerce trends, platforms, and technologies is essential, along with proven experience in closing deals, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are required, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Preferred skills for this position include familiarity with digital marketing, SEO, and e-commerce integrations, experience working with B2B e-commerce solutions or SaaS products, and a strong network within the e-commerce and technology space.,
