About the Role:
We are actively seeking dynamic and enthusiastic Freshers with excellent communication skills to join our growing Business Development team for the US Logistics vertical. Key Responsibilities:
Engage with US-based clients and logistics partners to identify business opportunities
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Understand customer requirements and propose suitable logistics solutions
Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Desired Candidate Profile:
Freshers with excellent spoken and written English communication skills
Candidates with 1 to 2 years of business development/sales experience are also welcome
Strong interpersonal skills and confidence to handle international clients
Ability to work independently and in a team
Willingness to work in NIGHT SHIFT (US SHIFT)
