Business Development Executive
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to support our sales growth. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, & promoting our services to achieve revenue targets. You will play a key role in expanding our market presence & ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify, qualify & pursue new business leads through research, calls & networking.
• Build & maintain strong relationships with prospective & existing clients.
• Present company services, prepare proposals & negotiate deals to closure.
• Understand client requirements & coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery.
• Maintain updated records of leads, opportunities & client interactions in CRM.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets & contribute to overall business growth.
• Monitor market trends & competitors to support strategic planning. Requirements
• Minimum 2 yrs of experience in Business Development.
• Strong communication, presentation & negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage sales cycles & work proactively to meet targets.
• Good understanding of sales funnels, lead generation, & CRM tools.
• Self-driven, confident & comfortable interacting with clients at all levels.
Preferred Industry Background Candidates with prior experience in industries such as digital marketing, travel or Real estate.
