Business Development Executive

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven and proactive Business Development Executive to join our growing team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in B2B or B2C sales/business development, with strong communication skills and a passion for driving growth. Immediate availability is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
• Meet sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, support) to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions when required.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or client servicing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
• Should be based in or willing to relocate to Jaipur.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Work Conditions:

• Job Type: Full-time, on-site (Jaipur)
• Working Days: 6 days/week
• Working Hours: 9:30 am -6:30 pm
