Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Executive with experience in B2B sales, lead generation, and client acquisition, preferably from Tech companies or consultancy firms. The role involves cold calling, email outreach, networking, and building strong client relationships to drive staffing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate B2B leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
Connect with clients to understand their hiring needs and offer IT & Non-IT staffing solutions.
Maintain a prospect pipeline and update all client interactions in CRM tools.
Conduct market research to identify prospects, industry trends, and potential business opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams for seamless client onboarding and engagement.
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare presentations, proposals, and pitches for potential clients.

Skills & Qualifications:

1 - 4 years of experience in lead generation, cold calling, email outreach, and client engagement.
Experience in
IT staffing sales, Tech companies, or consultancy firms
is highly preferred.
Strong B2B sales, business development, and client acquisition skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Familiarity with
CRM tools
(Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and MS Office.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven with a proactive approach.
Analytical and research skills to understand client requirements and market trends.
