Business Development Executive

You will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients in the US IT staffing market. Your role will involve promoting Vizvas staffing solutions tailored to meet specific client needs. Building and nurturing long-term relationships with both new and existing clients will be a key aspect of your job. Collaboration with internal teams such as Recruiters and Delivery Managers will be essential to ensure service excellence. It will be crucial for you to consistently meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators. Additionally, you will need to accurately maintain the sales pipeline and communications through CRM systems. To excel in this role, you must be comfortable working night shifts corresponding to US business hours. You should also be open to relocating to Delhi NCR for an on-site position. Demonstrating excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written, will be essential. While prior sales or recruitment experience is a plus, fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply. Strong interpersonal skills, confidence in client communication, self-drive, high motivation, and a target-oriented mindset are qualities that will contribute to your success in this role.
