Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, market research, and lead generation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
• Understand client requirements and propose customized solutions.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to execute business strategies.
• Prepare and deliver business presentations, proposals, and pitches.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and business goals.
• Keep updated with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
• Maintain records of sales activities and prepare regular business reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Fresher or up to 1 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
