Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive, located in Noida. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating and nurturing leads, and building strong and sustainable relationships with clients. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for account management, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying growth opportunities. The role also requires effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to strategize and implement successful business plans.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and secure new opportunities.
• Proficiency in Business Acumen and Strategic Thinking to develop and implement effective business strategies.
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Experience in Account Management to maintain and grow key client relationships and address client needs effectively.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in the natural products, nutraceutical, or pharmaceutical industry is an added advantage.
