Business Development Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive with a background in staffing and recruitment. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in handling both paid and unpaid clients and should be comfortable working in freshers hiring verticals. You will play a critical role in expanding our client base, maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate leads for staffing and recruitment services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with paid and unpaid clients.
• Pitch and close recruitment solutions to new clients, especially for freshers hiring.
• Work closely with the internal recruitment team to ensure successful delivery.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and business agreements.
• Meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Attend client meetings, calls, and presentations as required.
• Maintain records of client interactions and deal progress in CRM tools.

Key Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in staffing or recruitment business development.
• Strong understanding of hiring trends, especially in fresher recruitment.
• Proven ability to manage and grow client relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a result-oriented mindset.
• Experience dealing with both paid and unpaid recruitment services is a must.
