As a Business Development Executive in our dynamic team in Hyderabad, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by actively engaging with potential clients during US business hours. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting cold calls and lead generation activities to convert leads into long-term business relationships. - Demonstrating excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English. - Working during US hours (night shift IST) to cater to the needs of our clients. - Utilizing your interpersonal and persuasive skills to effectively communicate with clients. - Being self-motivated, goal-oriented, and possessing a strong work ethic. - Demonstrating proficiency in CRM software and basic MS Office tools. Qualifications required for this role include: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. - Proven experience in cold calling, inside sales, or lead generation is highly desirable. - Ability to work during US hours (night shift IST). - Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills. - Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic. - Proficient with CRM software and basic MS Office tools. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
