Business Development Executive – US Market

We are looking for energetic and target-oriented Business Development Executives to support our US real estate appraisal services. The role involves acquiring new US-based clients, managing relationships, and driving consistent revenue growth. Experience in US real estate appraisal or valuation services will be a strong added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and onboard US-based clients such as Appraisal Firms, AMCs, lenders, and real estate service providers.
• Execute outbound business development through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
• Present and position company services effectively to prospective clients.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business.
• Coordinate with operations and appraisal teams for smooth onboarding and delivery.
• Track leads, opportunities, and conversions using CRM tools.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly business development targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in Business Development / Sales targeting the US market.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and closing abilities.
• Willingness to work in US time zones (night shift).
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems and sales reporting.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Added Advantage (Preferred)

• Experience in US Real Estate Appraisal, Valuation, AMC operations, or Mortgage services.
• Understanding of appraisal ordering processes, compliance standards, and SLAs.
• Prior exposure to US real estate service providers or valuation firms.
