Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Gurugram. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, account management, and building and maintaining strong client relationships. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, conducting market research and analysis, and working closely with internal teams to achieve business goals.

• New Business Development and Lead Generation skills
• Business acumen and Account Management experience
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in property management or real estate is a plus
