Job Description

Engage in outbound cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, and email communications with potential prospects

Establish and nurture a robust lead pipeline utilizing CRM tools

Identify key decision makers and evaluate the prospect s requirements and obstacles

Evaluate leads to determine their suitability for our services

Coordinate meetings or calls between potential clients and the sales team

Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads

Work in tandem with the marketing team to enhance campaign effectiveness and lead quality

Offer regular insights on the efficiency of outreach efforts and lead quality

Skills Required

Should have a basic understanding of the MR Industry

Should be proficient in both written and verbal communication

Ability to address objections effectively and demonstrate persistence

Self-motivated with exceptional time management capabilities

Understands the lead generation process, right from identification, prospecting, all the way to closing deals

Should have experience in International Sales (B2B/B2C)

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor s degree or MBA

Over 1 year of experience in business development
