Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the BFSI industry. Roles and Responsibility Develop and implement effective business strategies to achieve sales targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market. Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Job Requirements Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Strong understanding of the BFSI industry and its trends. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Experience working with UCV products and services is an added advantage.
