Job Summary
The Business Development Executive – Digital Marketing is responsible for guiding prospective and enrolled students through digital marketing programs. The role involves counseling students on course selection, career pathways, enrollment processes, and ensuring a high-quality student experience from inquiry to program completion.
Key Responsibilities
Student Counseling & Admissions
Counsel prospective students on digital marketing programs (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Content Marketing, Analytics, Performance Marketing, etc.).
Assess student needs, interests, and career goals to recommend suitable programs.
Handle inbound and outbound inquiries via calls, emails, chat, and CRM systems.
Guide students through the enrollment, documentation, and onboarding process.
Academic Guidance
Explain course curriculum, learning outcomes, certifications, and career opportunities.
Assist students in academic planning and progression.
Career & Industry Guidance
Provide insights into digital marketing career paths and industry trends.
Guide students on internships, projects, and certification benefits.

Technical & Domain Knowledge
Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and tools
