Job Placement Specialist

Develop and maintain relationships with local, regional, and national employers to create job opportunities. Organize and coordinate campus placement activities, job fairs, and recruitment drives. Assist students/job seekers in developing job search strategies, resume writing, and interview skills. Maintain and update a database of employers, job vacancies, and student placement records. Provide career counseling and guidance based on individual aspirations and market trends. Liaise with academic departments and training providers to align curriculum with market demands. Track and report on placement metrics including employment rates, average salary packages, and employer feedback. Facilitate internships and industrial training opportunities for students. Stay updated on industry trends and employer needs to enhance placement outcomes.
