About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with at least 1 year of experience in US Sales to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and closing skills, and a passion for driving growth and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential US-based clients via email, phone, and virtual meetings
• Understand client needs and present tailored solutions
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead engagement to deal closure
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction

Requirements:
