We are currently growing and looking to hire experienced Business Development Managers / Executives to develop and implement growth opportunities in existing and new markets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and reach out to potential clients, partners, and key stakeholders to generate new business opportunities.
2. Sales Strategy Development: Assist in the creation and execution of effective sales strategies to achieve company growth targets.
3. Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing ongoing support.
4. Market Research & Analysis: Analyze market trends and customer demands to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
5. Partnership Development: Develop and maintain partnerships with vendors, suppliers, and other key stakeholders to expand the product offerings and increase revenue.
6. Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales performance, client feedback, and business development activities.
7. Negotiations & Deals: Lead negotiations and close sales deals with prospective clients while ensuring optimal terms for the company.
8. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, product, etc.) to ensure seamless execution of business development strategies.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum 2 years of experience in BD.
2. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
3. A Bachelor's Degree with proven experience in sales, lead generation, prospecting.
