Ask smart questions – Use our simple 4-step script to see if each lead has money, need, and time. Reach out – Call or DM 50–70 new people daily using our tools. Update notes – Tag and label every chat in our CRM so the whole team can see it. Hit the goal – By day 30, keep show-up rate above 70 % and no-show rate below 15 %. We’ll coach you to get there. Days 30–60 – High-Ticket Closing (Business Development Executive) Shadow a senior closer. Watch real sales calls and note how to handle big objections. Run your own calls. Close 1–2 high-ticket deals a week using our proven framework. Track your win rate. Aim for 20 %+ close rate while keeping every note clean in the CRM. Ask for coaching. Get daily feedback so you keep leveling up fast. Must-Have Skills At least 1 year setting appointments or doing phone/DM sales. Strong spoken and written English. Can work evening India time. Quiet place to work, good laptop, fast internet. Love numbers and tracking your own results. Worked with marketing funnels or agencies before. Know Google Sheets, or CRM's.
