Overview :

The Hosteller is looking for an energetic and ambitious Business Development Executive to join our team at The Hosteller. As a key member of our Supply team, you will be responsible for expanding our network of hostels, forging strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. If you are passionate about travel, hospitality, and building relationships, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand company&aposs vision, product, roadmap & various business development plans
• Build a list of potential properties through organic research
• Develop relationships with local channel partners and asset owners for building property pipeline
• Build & manage a vast network of brokers & real estate agents across geographies and maintain continuous supply of properties.
• Develop capabilities to identify underserved brownfield/greenfield commercial hospitality projects early on
• Understand the franchise vertical & related technicalities
• Understanding of the hospitality/hotel industry, commercial leasing/contracting, infrastructure requirements, keys/amenities/facilities, long term leasing/leave and license agreements, trade licenses, various hotel licenses (shop & establishment, fire, pollution, tourism, etc.) would be preferable.

Required skills:

• Bachelor&aposs degree, 2+ years in Travel/Real Estate/Hospitality industry
• People person with a great acumen of sales
• Outstanding analytical, communication, interpersonal & time-management skills
• Research oriented mindset
• Prior experience of working in a fast-paced environment
