As a key member of our Supply team, you will be responsible for expanding our network of hostels, forging strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. If you are passionate about travel, hospitality, and building relationships, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Understand company&aposs vision, product, roadmap & various business development plans Build a list of potential properties through organic research Develop relationships with local channel partners and asset owners for building property pipeline Build & manage a vast network of brokers & real estate agents across geographies and maintain continuous supply of properties. Develop capabilities to identify underserved brownfield/greenfield commercial hospitality projects early on Understand the franchise vertical & related technicalities Understanding of the hospitality/hotel industry, commercial leasing/contracting, infrastructure requirements, keys/amenities/facilities, long term leasing/leave and license agreements, trade licenses, various hotel licenses (shop & establishment, fire, pollution, tourism, etc.) would be preferable.
