Job Description

  • Identify and prospect potential clients in the target market segments
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and regular follow-ups
  • Understand client needs and propose suitable solutions to meet their business requirements
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored proposals and presentations
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the organization
  • Stay updated with industry developments and competitor activities
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities and performance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record of 02-05 years in business development or sales roles, preferably in the IT industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
  • Willingness to travel as required
