Job Title: Business Development Executive (Telecalling / Inside Sales)
Location: Calicut | Full-Time | On-Site
Salary: Up to ₹15,000 + Incentives

Chefouse is one of Kerala’s fastest-growing food manufacturing brands, bringing high-quality, innovative products to the market through a strong distribution and retail network. As we expand our customer base, we’re building a high-energy inside sales team to drive lead conversions and distributor onboarding.

Role Overview:

We are looking for energetic Business Development Executives to join our inside sales team. This is a telecalling-based sales role where you’ll handle warm leads, make outbound calls, follow up regularly, and close deals. You’ll also support the team with documentation, reporting, and maintaining CRM hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and distributors from a given lead database
  • Follow up with leads consistently to build trust and convert them to sales
  • Explain product features, pricing, and business model clearly and persuasively
  • Work toward weekly and monthly sales targets
  • Maintain call logs, follow-up records, and lead status updates
  • Coordinate with field sales or other departments for smooth onboarding
  • Prepare and share daily/weekly sales performance reports

Requirements:

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, or inside sales
  • Strong communication skills in Malayalam and basic English
  • Confident, persuasive, and good listener
  • Target-oriented with a go-getter attitude
  • Familiarity with phone sales tools, CRM, or Excel is a plus
  • Ability to work in a structured sales environment with follow-up discipline
