Role Overview:

We are seeking a Business Development Executive to join our team at the Waaree Solar Showroom, Baraut. The ideal candidate will drive customer acquisition, manage client relationships, and contribute to growing our solar business footprint in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate leads and convert them into prospective customers for residential, commercial, and industrial solar solutions.

- Educate customers about government schemes like PM Suryaghar Muft Bijli Yojana and financing options.

- Build strong relationships with customers, contractors, and community partners.

- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.

- Support marketing and showroom activities to create brand awareness.

- Maintain regular follow-ups and provide excellent after-sales support.

Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline (BBA/ MBA in Marketing preferred).

- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or solar/renewable energy sector (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).

- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

- Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about renewable energy.

- Local candidates from Baraut/Baghpat region will be preferred.
