Position Title: Business Development Executive Location: Piplod, Surat Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: The Business Development Executive will play a crucial role in driving revenue for the company by acquiring new clients and managing relationships. Leads will be provided by the company, but the Business Development Executive will also be encouraged to generate their own leads, with the opportunity to earn handsome incentives based on performance. This role requires excellent sales skills, a passion for social media marketing, and the ability to engage with potential clients in a consultative manner. Key Responsibilities: Follow up on qualified leads provided by the company through inbound inquiries, marketing campaigns, or other business development efforts. Proactively generate your own leads via cold calling, email outreach, social media, networking events, and referrals. The more leads you generate, the more incentives you earn! Qualify leads based on the company’s services and set up meetings with potential clients. Build and maintain long-term relationships with both new and existing clients. Gain a deep understanding of each client’s business goals, and offer tailored social media marketing solutions. Work closely with internal teams to ensure proposals are aligned with clients' expectations. Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and service details with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements. Work diligently through the sales pipeline, converting prospects to long-term clients. Stay up-to-date on social media marketing trends, tools, and platforms to better serve clients. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, meetings, and client interactions. Required Skills & Qualifications: 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in social media marketing, digital marketing, or a related industry. Solid understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube, etc.) and their role in marketing. Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong presentation and proposal development skills. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple leads and clients simultaneously. Education: A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.
